Anger
This emotion can be considered the mecca of all emotions. It includes ever thing from being mildly irritated to being furious to being enraged like the incredible HULK!
Symptoms
Being fed up,resentful or having strong feelings of being unjustly treated. When you experience a sudden feeling of violent rage like a volcano is rising inside of you.
Feeling vex,irritated,exasperated, shortness of breath,headache, a feeling of being out of control.
The Message
You have standards or rules that you have set up which you live by. These standards and rules defines you and the way you perceive life to be. Some one or may be even you have violated these rules or standards. Before you act out, you should realize that you can change this emotion, because if not careful it can have dangerous consequences.
Solutions
(A) First you need to take a few minutes out to evaluate the situation. Are you over reacting or perhaps the person who broke your rule was unaware of your rule? Have you told them how important the rule is that they broke?
(B)If they are guilty of breaking the rule or standards have you tested the infallibility of the rule? Can you be the bigger person and forgive the person?
(C) You need to reflect on the person qualities and ask your self if the person intended to hurt you? If you come to the conclusion that they did intend to hurt you,this may be a good time to reevaluate your relationship. In the future you will make sure to communicate your rules to those you take into your confidence.
